Our garage door (4yo house) is having some issues. Randomly every so often it will close piss poor slow. Then when its almost to the bottom, because its moving so slow, it reverses directions and starts to go back up. Think this is an issue with garage door needing to be lubed or is it the opener having probs?
It never hurts to lube everything up, but I would verify that the electric eyes down at the bottom are properly aligned.

Improperly adjusted garage door opener or someone really put a number in winding your spring.
If you don't live far, I can fix it, (If its the spring or mis-adjusted opener).

Its not hard, I used to work in engineering in a national door manufacturer. I've done lots of testing and installs. I've probably installed over 1000 sets of springs.
