ESPN is reporting that New York Jets quarterback Brett Favre is expected to inform the team that he is again retiring from the NFL. Favre, who will turn 40 in October, became an NFL icon during his 15 seasons with the Green Bay Packers

Could he even come back? He would be putting the Jets in a shitty situation so I don't think he would do the GB situation like last year with them. Also, he's still under contract with them for the next two seasons. I think the only way he'll come back is if a good team loses their QB mid-season and gives him a ring for few games or to end the season.
