There are several resturant options right around the corner from East Texas Sonar, so chances are we will all meet there and BS for a while then head out to grab a bite to eat. Anyone and everyone is invited to attend, however you are asked to maintain a certain level of civility, as I dont wish to cause Muffrazr any problems at his place of work/family buisness. SO if you live out this way or simply love to drive a long ways just to hang out and meet new people,

Well, the offer stands. We are all going to hang out in Longview Saturday evening and then continue on to Shreveport for "late night" Heading back to DFW on Sunday. I'm sure there are going to be some "style cramping" cars with us. We've already got a Nissan Altima thrown in the mix.

I bought an IRS system to go along with the MM front end parts I got. I wanted to have it all in so it wouldn't be just a strip killer. I love draggin but my friend has a Vette that I would LOVE to demolish anywhere he wants to race. He already knows he can't beat me on the strip.

Yeah the guy that is going to help me put it in said it was a good 10 hour job. He said you have to raise and lower the car 4 times. From what he says, the swap is a pain in the ass, but well worth it. I've yet to see a Fox with an IRS so I look forward to testing it out.

I've seen a few. It is a sweet setup, but a little heavier. I wouldn't mind doing it with a road track car, but only for the sweet camber angles you can put on the back wheels. Otherwise, I'm sure a live axle can keep up with the task.

Well, it's supposed to take curves like it's on rails. For as cheap as the swap is going to end up being I couldn't NOT try it. I'm pretty excited, I just hope I don't lose more than a few tenths @ the strip with all the added weight.

Got it jumped off and the left front turn signal didnt work, messed with it for a few minutes and it ran out of gas...lol Im gonna mess with it tomarow, but not likely that it will be ready to drive to Longveiw. :zx11pissed:

nice turnout tonight. I never knew their were so many brand new black zo6's around longview lol. Think i counted 3 black ones and one dark gray. That orange ZR1 was very nice. My personal favorite was the new SRT10 viper.
