Is there any way to connect ducting to it? I will buy one from ya...but I would like to add it in the attic...so I can tap into the home A/C and blow some moderately cold air into the garage.

:D

Lemme know!

OK FOR ONE I WOULD NEVER INSTALL OR RECOMMEND TRIAN. BUT I COULD MAKE YOU A GREAT DEAL ON A NEW SYSTEM OR I HAVE A USED SYSTEM THATS 2.5 TON AND WORKS . COMES WITH AIR HANDLER AND CONDIENSING UNIT FOR A 100 BUCKS BUT THAN I WOULD HAVE TO INSTALL IT OR YOU COULD DO IT AND I WOULD COME SET THE LINES AND DO THE FREON. ITS YOUR CHOICE. BUT IF I DID IT YOU WOULD BE LOOKIING ABOUT 800 I COULDNT TELL YA STRIGHT UP WITH OUT SEEING WHAT WOULD BE NEEDED AND HOW NICE YOU WANTED IT TO GET . NOW I COULD JUST SLAM THIS THING IN YOUR GARAGE AND OPEN THE TOP AND JUST LET IT BLOW OR I COULD PU IT INTO YOUR ATTIC AND DO IT NICE AND NEAT ITS YOUR CHOICE. BUT FROEN IS ABOUT 10 BUCKS A POUND THE COPPER LINES RUN ABOUT 50 BUCKS FOR THE SUCTION AND 30 FOR THE LIQUID. AND THAN IF YOU WANT IT STUCK INTO YOUR GARAGE IT WOULD BE JUST TAT A STAND AND SOME DUCT BOARD COUPLE OF WELDS AND SOME POWER OF COURSE YOU COULD DO THE POWER. SO LET ME KNOW MAN?

I MEAN YOU HAVE TO RUN A POWER SAPPLY TO THEM BUT YES THEY CAN BE MOUNTED AND THEY MOVE ALOT OF AIR !! I WOULS SET IT OUT SIDE THE GARAE DOOR AND LET IT BLOW IN THE COOLER AIR OUT SIDE OR YOU MAY SET IT IN THE INSIDE DOOR AND LET IT BLOW IN THE HEAT OR COLD FROM YOUR HOUSE .. I HAVE 2 RIGHT NOW FORREST IS SAPOSE TO COME TRADE ME SOME THING FOR ONE BUT ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE I GET THESE THINGS ALOT BUT THESE TWO ARE 220 SO IF YOU HAVE A DRYER IN YOUR GARAGE YOU CAN MAKE A CORD AND PLUG IT IN THERE OR RUNN A NEW POWER SAPPLY FROM YOUR BOX...

Man $100 for the air handler & condensing unit? That sounds pretty good. I have all the auto A/C stuff, but no home/commercial A/C experience or equipment...so I would need someone (like you) to hook it all up anyway. My Garage has a HUGE amount of completely flat open space above the ceiling...so I could put an air handler up there and run my own ducting, etc...I would just primarily need ya to hook the unit up outside, run the lines and charge it up... I only mentioned Trane because thats what my homebuilder provides...seems to work very nicely though. :D My existing unit sits conveniently outside the garage wall, right next to the electrical inputs...so in theory, "we" could run the freon lines and electrical wiring in parallel with the existing ones, and it should still look pretty clean...no? Ya figure 2.5 tons will be enough for a 2 car garage? :D :D :D
