bass guitar

im looking to buy a bass guitar, i like the fender p-bass looks, but out of my price range. i'm looking to spend around $250-$300. should i look at pawn shop, i really wanted new, or get a squier. some of the squiers look nice and sound good.

Personaly I would go with a Yamaha, they are really good for the price. Buy what ever you feel comfortable playing and sounds good to you. Go to giutar center and pound on all their shit to see which one is right for you.

Buy used. You will get alot more for your dollar. Most people that buy the squires and shit never learn how to play them so they sit and people get rid of them cheap.


Thats what i would do. Why not save a couple hundred :)

Get a feel for what you like once you learn how to play and then spend the big bucks on something new.
