Gran Torino snubbed from Oscar Nomination

Can you believe this shit? Eastwood didn't get a nomination for Best Actor but Brad Pitt did for Benjamin Button. Haven't seen The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (although I've got a copy of it sitting in front of me right now) but I can't imagine Pitt outdoing Eastwood comparing the two characters.

I watched both gt and bb but by far Gran Torino took the cake. The movie was really well put especially in this type of suburbs we are starting to see things change. He did a excellent job at his acting, truth to be BB was a really well put movie but as a oscar winner i cannot see it. Not to get me wrong is was really good but not close to that good with all the nominations it got. My 2 cents
