Refinished my stock [Archive]

After seeing what CJ did to that SKS and talking with him about it. I gave it a shot on my own since it was way too dark for my liking. Here is a few before and after photos. I know its no where close to what CJ did but I am happy with it and love the color it came out. All in all I think I spent 3 hours on it over the last day and a half.

I knew I should have bought a whole mess of these SKS when they were a $100 gun,

With these SKS threads I may have to go buy atleast one.

Are you going to do anything to the steel on it?

Possibly have it blued really dark by CJ. He is working on a few right now and I am waiting on pics to see if I like it.
