Glock slide refinishing

Picking up a used Glock 22 this weekend and the slide has some holster wear on it that I'm guessing is from reholstering many times (although my 27 has many Kydex holster presentation and doesn't look anything like this) and I'm wondering what options are available for getting it refinished. Not to worried about the slide wear since I'm getting it for a good price and this will be mostly a night stand gun but if it was cheap enough I might get it refinished. Any thoughts?

Just sand or blast the slide, paint it, stick in the oven and it's done.

I'll be posting up some pics right now. I haven't picked up the gun yet but I'm still a ways off from redoing the slide. Maybe OD green or grey. But I may go away from just flat black.

If you go with the Duracoat option let me know, I want to redo my USP pretty bad. If you choose a color that i would be down with i would split the price of the kit with ya. I was thinking about the HK blue/grey

Not a fan of the full on chrome, but black chrome would look good.
