I picked the AES10B from a guy on ar15.com. I already ordered a set of Bulgarian blonde RPK furniture from kvar, should look pretty sweet.

The pistol is a colt 1911 45 that was made for argentine in 1927. This is one of the pistols made by colt. Unfortunatly someone had it chromie homied. But on the plus side I traded a S&W Sigma 40 for the 45 and 3 mags with ammo.:fing02:

That can be remedied. Needs to be disassembled, acid dipped (with close attention) to remove chrome/nickle, and then parkerized as it should be. Takes a few hours all in all.

But, if you don't want to endure that process, I suggest polishing the chrome to at least make the finish look proper.

Where can I take it for an acid dip?

any reputable gunsmith that does finishing can do it for you, the caustics used in parkerizing can be separated to achieve the right solution to remove chrome. Or, you can do it yourself.

I'll see if that would be cost effective, worst case maybe I might be able to pay you to give her a good shining? :)
