View Full Version : Range prices?
The woman and I went to Bass Pro and there was a 2 hour wait...so we went to Elm Fork (old Winchester range on Luna and NW Highway) and it was $15/person. Last time I went, it was Winchester and $8/person.
Anyone know of some other ranges at better prices?

Haven't had the chance to shoot there in a while, but Garland Public Shooting range by Firewheel Mall is $10 to join and $10 a day come and go as you please. Their skeet range is kinda small, but the pistol and rifle ranges are OK.

It was a decent little range, though it was pretty packed. And it was nice that they let us shoot the shotty on the 30 yard range even though it was posted - no shotguns.

Those prices aren't bad... Well, the Bullet Trap member price isnt bad.
Im going to Winchester Gallery this week with my cousin. He said you can prepay for 12 times for $120 or get a $200 unlimited card. He said it was $15 non member price

yea, at bullet trap is kinda pricey for non members. it's worth it to pay the membership fee if you go frequently or live nearby. it's the nicest indoor facility i have been to.
i prefer outdoor and the garland range is pretty close to george bush toll.
oh yea, gibson's outpost (outdoor facility in mesquite) is nice for rifles because they allow FMJ and have 50, 100, and 200 yard rifle ranges. i heard they added 300 yards but not sure. it's only like $10 after a one time membership fee thats about $7.

Out here in west Texas I pay $100 a year and get sun up to sun down access everyday of the year to our local range. Which include 25-500yd rifle ranges, silhouette pistol/rim fire range and an archery range. This place is probably 10 times the size of Alpine in Fort Worth and there is no range fees, you just have to be a member.
