So we are doing a weight loss contest at work. Lose the biggest percentage of weight. I am 5'8" and weighed in at 201 at the weigh in. I want to get down to 170 or lower within 14 weeks. It started on January 13th and goes till april 13th.
So basically im looking for help on how to drop the most weight, most effectively . And safely. I dont mind taking pills or supplements in the final month to help me drop the extra or to get past a wall. Just need some help.

I started basically doing no soda, water, and the walmart brand of crystal light when i want something with flavor. Lots of rice, salads, chicken, and little to no snacking. Doing 30 minutes of intense cardio every other day for now and after that im going to 3 days on, one day off, 2 days on one day off of cardio. But i thought you had to hit the weights at some point to lose the weight.

Building muscle does help burn fat and raise your metabolism, but not necessarily help with losing overall weight.
