I have 10 mags for my one and only AR. I don't see why I would need more but I might go in on an ammo buy.

I would be intrested in the ammo, not the mags. I get free mil specs :)

I'd be in if it was 7.62, and some 40 round Bulgarians. :D

Wolf is the cheapest...like always. What are you guys looking for ammo wise? We have to agree on one type.
If you guys know of any good suppliers with ammo in stock, let me know.

I would be down for some wolf, I also would like some 5.56 though.

The last group buy I went in on ammo we had to order more than a pallet to get a discount. A pallet is 70 1K cases, that should be the goal. I would be in for 5K or so if others can fill the rest. Also C products has mags all day 12 bucks each, new in wrapper. They were one of the very, very few who did not jack up the prices after the election.

I did a 1 man group buy from C-Products for mags a few weeks before the election. Should have them up for sale in about a year or two.

How much was the discount? If we have to buy a pallet...Im probably out. Thats way to much to have to buy and divide up. I needed 500-1000 rounds..
Thanks for the link...I contacted them about mags. If they dont do group buys, I will probably just end up ordering a few for me.

I need military surplus 7.62x51 NATO, the commercial rounds are grenades in my guns unfortunately. It was expensive before the messiah, but now it's just ridiculous.

I do have a friend with over 30k of what you're looking for.... but he's not selling..

Hey, I was going to ask, who collects the brass at the police range?

I'm not sure where the brass goes. I know there's no .223 or .308 brass because our range is a pistol range only except for the SRTA rounds, and that is some dirty crap. I don't even know if it is reloadable...

yeah I was firing you might have some .40 and .45 which I could certainly use, but normally police ranges have contracts with local reloaders for years.

Tell them to get someone different with better QC. The last few times I've qualified I had several rounds that wouldn't fit in my magazine!:headache:

When I did the group buy on ammo it was at least two years ago, so the times (and prices) have really changed. I think the group discount was like 15 percent and we got a small break on shipping.
The thing with the "president elect" has driven demand through the roof and price as well, as if you all cannot tell already by just looking at any prices on ammo.
If you can arrange a group buy I would suspect that the business you are wanting to set it up with will either not be able to get all the ammo or not be able to give a price break. Since the ammo is selling like the end of the world is coming and they can sell it for almost any crazy price they stick on it, look at CTD and that madness.
I am not trying to bring bad news but just think about when you try and get it rolling and the sellers are not wanting to work with you.
I remember buying Wolf ammo for 80 bucks a K delivered, now it is pointing at 300 a K plus shipping. That is just madness.
