Alright ive got5 almost everything figured from brass to bullets to primers and equipment.
The only thing is Powder as i know their are many brands but im just curious what brands the vets perf. and why plz.
Im looking for the best price obviously or i wouldnt be reloading to save lol
Ive been looking to buy Accurate 1680 powder for my 223 and 270 Rifle and i believe NO.2 for my 9mm ammo

Unfortunately for rife there is no magic recipe that's going to get you a perfect load right away. You're going to have to do some research and experimentation in order to figure out what your rifles like. I've never reloaded .270 but for .223 out of my 24" AR with a 1/8 barrel and 69gr sierra's I had good success with Varget. For lighter bullets I used Winchester 748. Now as far as pistol goes I really like the Vihtavuori powders, but they are expensive and get scarce. So for everyday plinking loads out of a 9mm, .40 and .45acp I always liked Winchster WST or 231. Those powders are cheap, clean, consistent and readily available.

Get a reloading book or manual (or find it on the web) and start experimenting.


I used to load a lot of handgun with Blue Dot.
