CHL Fingerprints?????

Has anyone on here had there finger prints refused for CHL? If so how long did it take before you found out? For some reason i keep worrying that mine arent gonna work and was just curious if anyone else had to deal with it

They let you know fairly quick, within a few weeks. If they are refused you'll have to go to your local DPS and get them done digitally. Use your pin number and keep checking the status.

No, just call them up. Its easy to find out whats going on.

I had mine refused, along with my picture. :rolleyes: I just went into the local police dept and had them take another set and sent them in. I was 6 weeks into the process when i got the letter in the mail. You can go to the DPS for the FAST (electronic fingerprinting) but its just as reliable as ink. I've seen many prints get rejected using FAST on the texas chl forum.

I burned a few of my fingers not long before i did all of my CHL stuff. So much so that my fingerprints had smooth spots on them. The person who printed me made a note on the card that they were burns and said I should be ok (and I had no problems getting my license).

Why are they not accepting your prints?
