Okay so i started today. I dont have much of a game plan but would like to come up with a really good strategy. Refrigerator is getting ready to be gutted out and heading to Walmart here in a few. Im also looking into buying a Elliptical machine. I dont know much about these machines so here is the model fellas tell me if its worth it. Proform Razor 400 and goes for 399.99.

I am not employed at the time so i would like to get a all day work out plan started. Kind of like a boot camp at home. Any advice to throw in would be greatly appreciated. Also, is getting in a all fish diet bad? TIA

You are taking the first step, congrats man!

Get healthy foods adn limit portion sizes. Eliminate useless liquid calories like Soda. Cut back on alcohol intake.

Less food and more cardio exercise will always lead to weight loss. Get your diet in check first and foremost and work on cardio as much as you can.

Good luck bro. What are your goals?

I eat whatever I want, however, I work out really hard.. So.. my point is, Eat what you want, (I dont do burgers, fries, sweets, cokes etc) work out hard as hell.. If you dont work out, eat fish, chicken, tuna, veggies, fruit, no bread, no pasta,

Here is what to avoid..

BEER
SUGAR / SWEETS
BREAD/PASTA
DEEP FRIED FOODS
VAGINA (kidding)

My goals are to feel healthy. Have a good nights sleep and wake up the next day with energy. I dont care how much weight i have to lose to get there i will do it. I think with my height 6ft i need to be like 185 to 195 so i need to lose like 70 to 80 lbs. I did it before but the unhealthy way, this time i want to lose it and keep it off.

Ok, so i dont want to kill myself. What do you suggest a good/hard workout for me should be? I can control the rest except the vagina, shit thats probably the only cardio i do. LOL

It's the Healthrider Momentum.

Great condition. Been in my garage for a while. I don't see anything about weight limits. :)

Take the dough you're gonna spend on the elliptical and get a year's membership somewhere. You will be doing yourself a favor.
