Alright so I see on here pretty often someone asking what do I eat, what's the best foods, etc... I thought a thread dedicated to your favorite foods, snacks, meals, and recipes would be good. I'm not just talking "oh i eat chicken.." I'm wanting to know how you're cooking it, what seasoning, what sauce, etc... Maybe we can even get a sticky.

Just had CiCi's. 15 pieces of those small ass pizza slices, a salad, 6 cinnamon rolls, 2 bownies and 3 rootbeers. I'll see if i can match that for dinner.

LMAO... Greg you're one of "those" exceptions for dieting, I wish I could eat whatever and not have to worry.

I've been thinking about starting a thread like this. I got a few, just have to type them up.

I thought it'd be a good idea, and I was looking for it to be more cook book type of style with ingredients, brands, how it's prepped, cooked, etc...

Ok, i think this is pretty healthy. Im not too sure cause i dont keep up with that crap.
My wife's favorite meal i cook is.

This will feed 2.

1.5 lb Chicken Breast cut up into little cubes (grill it in a pan on it’s own with some olive oil)

And in….

1 bunch of green onion sliced up.
1 yellow onion sliced up
Minced Garlic
Olives are optional
Grill those for about another 7 mins or so.

And in…

Sliced Mushrooms
1 Can of Original Rotel
1 Bottle of Sherry OR White Cooking Wine (Cheap Holland House brand is fine)
A dash of red vinegar
Oregano
Sweet Basil
Pepper
Salt
Parmesan Cheese can be use to thicken the sauce a little

You will serve this over Spaghetti noodles of choice with Bread of choice.
Parmesan Cheese on top really makes this meal also...

You're welcome folks. :D
