Jeff, Big Pappa Pump is right, GPZ 900. Was it called a Ninja yet? That was before my awareness.

I thought that bike was so bad ass. I used to rewind and replay the old vhs tape when he's "racing" the jet over and over when I was a kid.

Speaking of rare old shit. The other day going down 20 I saw a CLEAN old turbo bike. One of those early-mid 80's Kawasakis.

I was riding my GSXR down Alta Mere in FW which runs by the Carswell strips. A couple of F18s were taking off and I couldn't help but do the Maverick fist in the air motion. I got laughing so hard I almost wrecked, but I'm sure it gave anyone and everyone around me a good nostalgic Top Gun feeling.
