I have a 10/22 that i have been working on, just put on a .920" bull barrel and a trigger group and would like some suggestions on high quality ammo. Most of the shooting im doing now is from the bench. Any help would be awsome.

Dam! I've done a lot of shooting with my 10/22 and that's impressive!

What are you doing specifically?

Are you in competition?

IMHO, if you are shooting a 10/22, you might as well use bulk ammo. You are (probably) going to be shooting under 100 yards, and that stuff works just fine.

Remember, you are using a semi-auto and not a bolt gun. You are going to loose some accuracy with the semi action that you would not with a bolt. Semi autos are sloppier than bolt guns, and it affects accuracy.

I have a 10/22 with an Adams & Bennett bench rest barrel, and it's as accurate as hell with standard Remington/Winchester bulk boxed .22 ammo.

Anyone have an extra trigger group or a source? Just bought one 10-22 with the krinker plinker setup today and the guy is going to sell me another complete 10-22 save the trigger group for $50.

So I needs one!

I don't blame them, it's hard to turn a profit on .22LR ammo.

Green Tag works wonders in my 10/22. The premimum target ammo shoots alot better in my gun than the bulk stuff...feeds better too.
