My DeskTop is set horizontal! WTF!!

Windows Vista. On my wife's user account screen the desktop loads fine then switches to a horizontal position. It sucks. i cant find an option to turn it off. Is it a virus?? any help would be great. My account screen is fine.

thats some funny shit.. we used to go around work doing it to people.. it used to be ctrl+alt+ arrow key but it didnt work for me... try the NVIDIA control panel display rotation settings

Haha THanks i just tried the ctrl+alt and arrow key and it worked! on mine, Now I will try it on her's.
