Most parts stores are going to be looking to hire people around the end of Feb to ramp up for the busy season. I don't have anything available at my location right now, but will let you know if anyone else in my district needs some help.

not too bad. all depends on the pay and hours really.


i would love to find something that i can work M-Th, off F-Sun. my wife works weekends and off during the week. that would save us on day care, but i dont' think that will happen

You would be very correct with that statement, we also stay busier and usually have more openings...not a lot of people wanting to get in the business. I am ALWAYS hiring good inside (and outside) parts sales staff.

I got tired of driving an hour each way to work. Now I drive 2.5 hrs each way once a week and just stay here in Shreveport during the week.

We've got stuff in Texarkana, Tyler, Shreveport, Waco, Temple, Witchita Falls, etc all of which are within an easy 3 hour drive from DFW and all have a lot lower cost of living and not nearly the amount of traffic, congestion, etc...and oddly enough all have more truck traffic and business than Dallas does.

I've got stuff open in Service management, Parts Warehouse, Parts Counter (inside sales), Service sales, technicians, truck sales, outside parts/service sales etc.

I really need a good outside sales person for Shreveport, I'll even pay a small head-hunter fee if anyone can recommend someone that I hire for that position.
