xbox repaired/letter says free 1 month xbox live

I just got my xbox back from getting repaired from microsoft. The letter apologizes for my inconvenience of not having my xbox and says it gives me a card for 1 month of xbox live for free. But there isnt a card or code anywhere? WTF? Did anybody else get a card or code when u got ur xbox back?

I could be wrong, but I also think he's trying to figure out how to use the service w/ the card given as it does not have any way to activate teh service....mentioned on the card.
