I need some help in the weights section of my workout. I do a lot of cardio but I need some good exercises I can do that target my inner thighs, butt, love handles, arms and shoulders/back! I don't want to get buff... but I want to be more tone. Like I said I do cardio every dang day but I need to work out the rest of my body with some weights. My stomach is fine since I do crunches every day before I go to sleep.

Cardio and diet are first and foremost in that area.

More sex tones up that area as well........... Try being on top for more of a workout:)

Well then........ sex is your answer......

But in the gym I would guess some ab machines, oblique machines, etc..........

Maybe try riding the bike for cardio.......

Go get SELF Magazine with Kate Beckinsale on the cover and they have some awesome toning moves. The section is called "Sculpt like a Star"

I'm going to Walmart on lunch so I will look for it. I work out with my friend Matt and he has me doing all cardio but I don't need any more muscle... I just need to be tone and stay that way. :)
