I wouldn't call it super nice but it's decent! just kiddin, i'm usually rolling around downtown, white with tan top and silver cobra rims. I haven't seen a t-top in this area though. hopefully i'll get my fox on the road pretty soon. If you have any parts to sell let me know, i'm looking for a little interior and what not.

There is the RunninStangs club in Killeen, they meet on Saturdays at O'Malleys at noon I believe. I have not been in years but was once the secretery (sp) of the club. I am not sure what all they do, but when I was in they would meet up, eat lunch, cruise, go to Little River Drag Strip, Fun Ford Weekend, etc.

man i had the same problem when i did the clutch in my 92 3/4 ton it did it for about 4 months then it stoped my dad said it was cause i didnt put grease on the clutch fork. im gonna have a set of e7 heads for sale im a month or 2 i got a set of gt40p's and an exploder intake that im porting right now. low on funds though so its takin me a while to get them ready i still gotta buy valve springs and machine work. with my current combo my car runs 14.49 hopefully with the swap ill be low 13's

There are still some people from the local forums that go and hang out on the valley, but I haven't been out there since I was like 17. Basically, if you know some people here it is fun to go out and drink, but if not then there really isn't much to do at all.

Yessir I work over there. Last I've heard from the people that still go out to the valley is that the police are out there a lot more and there are a lot of dumb ass kids racing and getting into wrecks out there. Some people will go out to Sonic or Jacks and hang out.

i just talked to you last night. we were talkin about my gt40p setup im fixin to go to and how u r member of CTMotorsports. i sure am glad to see that even though your car is a dedicated race car its still has a ford motor in it. there were quite a few fox's out there with crappy ol chevy motors in them.

Temple blooming fest this coming weekend in the downtown area. There is a car show out there usually some decent stuff and a few bands playing, they have flyleaf, kritickill, jerry jeff walker, django walker and a few others. It's 5 bucks for the weekend starting friday at 7pm. Pignettis has a happy hour bistro bar area and Duckhorn tavern downtown has dollar drafts and it's a pretty kick ass bar.

yea they are necessary i went down town to this tire shop on adams one time and he wouldnt pass me for obvious resons, no cats and dumps but instead of taking my money and makin get it fixed and flagging my car he just told me to leave.

There is an white 89 running around temple now. revived from the dead with a fresh looking interior, still kind of rough on the outside but now that i have it inspected i will feel comfortable putting some $$ into it. anybody have a nice carb intake, suspension, or know someone that paints for cheap?

thanks. I just want an inch or so. I cut the coils on my 95 and have been happy with it, problem is my rear end isn't level on the 89 so i wanted to get some new springs to fix that.

The red LX on 439 used to belong to my friend Jimmy. He sold it to another friend of ours. That car ran 12's back in the mid-late 90's when that was considered "fast" for a street car. Busted more than a few knuckles on it, and it scared the shit outta me on spray more than once! It's had a million different combos.

That thing had some 17x8 Saleen wheels and a Edelbrock headed 306/Tremec with an old school Vortech/Saleen intake with a 175 shot. Also had a reeeally nice red & black leather interior.

There are some other members on here that remember that car from back in the day. It was a hoss back then. One of the first "real" 5.0's I ever worked on or drove.

its a 306 with ported iron heads, e-cam, t-5, 8.8 with 3.73 gears, et drags, 6 point roll cage.. its not very pretty but it'll yank the wheels at the lights. :)

*edit* oh and i've never made a full nitrous pass, found out after the 12.29 that my nitrous line going to the solenoid was leaking, so i have no idea how much pressure i was actually getting. its gone a best of 12.41 on motor, so on a solid 100 shot it should go 11.50s or so.. and peeking at 10s on the 150 shot.

off subject but has anyone ever seen a chupacabra? I saw one of these things tonight in moffat (just west of temple) just after midnight at a little park. It looked exactly like the pictures I have seen. My gf saw it as well but she wasn't as interested as me. it didn't move or walk in the same manor that a dog would and it blended in to the grass behind it extremely well. When I originally saw it I could barely see anything more than just a movement in the distance, not even really make out the shape it was so well camo'd. I thought it was a wild hog until it came into a bit of light and i could see it was very skinny and its nose was too narrow, its body movements and tail reminded me of a wild cat. It ended up coming about 20 yards away from us and standing under a light for a few moments. It looked almost exactly like the one in this link, just really bizarre the way it moved I always thought these things were bs but it so obvious that it wasn't normal dog or coyote.

i bought a tank already thanks though. if anybody needs chassis work done let me know my uncle builds chassis and does tubs shortens rearends you name it he probably does it.
