I AM ALMOST THINKING ABOUT CAMPING FRIDAY NIGHT
Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49. South wind between 5 and 10 mph.
Saturday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 70. South southwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.
Saturday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 34. North northwest wind between 5 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

In that picture, the brute and the grizz were stuck...even the polaris in the back.

Not exactly. It was more or less a group effort lol. Went up a hill that it probably shouldn't have gone up and it got high centered at the top. Got it past that part, and noone was riding it, but I was behind it and Greg was at the handle bars. It was only 3 feet to the top, i told him to hop on and ride it up. He did but at the very top it went to the left and the right rear got caught in the rut again and it went up and back over on top of Greg but he wasn't seriously hurt. His hand may be swollen today. Not a big deal, i'll have the bars straightened out today :) We almost had them straight yesterday on the trail, they just need tweaked a little more. Good times. We didn't realize we had an audience though till it was back on all fours.
FWIW... i'll be going back Jan 10th 2009 (guys from LS2.com) if anyone wants to go! Maybe start a new thread?

I barely made it in on the 4x4 and actually had the rope tied and was being pulled at the top where the Honda flipped but I will give you credit man, I don't know if I would have tried that hill on my Raptor! haha
I didn't even realize you were snapping pics of us stuck in that mud/sand pit. That stuff was like quick sand......every time I spun it seemed like it sunk two more inches. Im getting a winch!
It was a lot of fun, my first time out there on the 4x4 and it was a blast. We had to leave earlier than we wanted to but had to get back, turns out just in time though as the cold air was coming on pretty strong while we were loading up.
Nice meeting everyone and can't wait until the next trip!

I knew you were going to post that up. I did feel bad for fllipping your ride. The sad thing was I went up that hill on my 4x4 with ease. My ground clearance is pretty good and I did not get stuck at all. Then I felt like we could get Jeff's up there no problem. That damn thing had so much power that I thought I could fly and believe me I saw nothing but the sky. ;) Damn light ass front end.
BTW, my hand is a little sore but it is all good. Still kind of feel bad for that. Probably the reason I don't like getting on someone's ride. That hill was pretty steep even for me.
I have never seen so many RZR's in one place ever. Those things are awesome. For the first time I saw more of them that Rhino's.
Nice meeting Jeff and Billy and some of the others out there. Next stop is Murray for me. Will be taking the camper and other rides sometime next week I think. Jeff pm me your number and if I owe you anything for flipping your ride.

I just ordered a Warn RT15 on Ebay for $229, doubt it'll be here before this weekend though. There have been a couple of times where I could have used one and it'll really come in handy when loading my Raptor (2500 Dodge tailgates are pretty tall). That and hopefully the extra 20 pounds or so over the front end will help keep the wheels on the ground:)

Nah! All in good fun! I took an 8' foot pipe and straightened it out today :) looks good as new, infact, i bent it flat and bent the other side to match, little more comfy now. We should have put that rope to the front of mine and it would have never done that. Ohwell. Might see it with a winch next time haha.
I grew up riding a trx250 2wd that I have honestly been up steeper hills than that on! It definitely had more front end weight and no clutch which i'm sure would have made it easier. Clutch + Steep hill = VERY tricky.
There is a group of us going Jan 10th to RRMT again... you guys are more than welcome to come with! I'll start a new thread for it.

Sure, the only downside I see is added weight and the thing already weighs 400+ pounds.

I'd rather have one and not need it than the other way around. Will be used primarily for loading the quad into my truck. I HATE riding up my ramps. One time I did a wheel stand and it scared the crap out of me, ever since then I've been nervous.
