I picked this up last week, it's an 05 Brute Force 650 on 27" mud tires, it's a ton of fun. I cut the snorkel kit down a bit - it was rather tall and annoying, and well....I couldnt see over it. :D

Started checking these things out, it's crazy to see the extreme some people put into these. Im going to be doing the 2" lift shortly.

Oh yeah, sorry about the pics, camera phone. will post some pics of it mudding tonight.

I have a prairie 360 4x4, its not as big as yours and just stock but it is a blast. I love how the Kawi's have the lever to lock the front diff. You can definately feel a difference when you are in a mudhole and pull that lever.

I used the diff lock this past weekend, got in some pretty deep stuff. It's pretty cool watching all 4 corners throwing mud everywhere. haha

I realized it's not about the size of the motor so much as the ground clearance. ;)

I just bought a new one as well. My pics are too big to put on here. I will get them sized down and post up soon. I just put some 14" ITP wheels and 26" Terracross tires on it. It is a 2009 Yamaha 550 Grizzly.

My new 550 is exaclty the same size as the 700 in every dimension. The motor is the only thing different. The new 550 is fuel injected as well. I got a pretty good deal on it so I went with the 550. Also has power steering as well. Richie resized my pics so check these out and let me know what you think. I will get better ones with a real camera and not this IPhone thing.

It's funny to see all the little kids riding those things around at Lake Murray. Kind of scary if they are anywhere near your camp site but otherwise funny.

Do you mind me asking what the final price was after all the fees and tax. If you dont want to say don't worry.

I really don't know. I just rode it around this week, didn't try to top it out. It's got a ton of torque with that v-twin.

He got a great deal, but we had to drive to Altus Oklahoma for it. I like the 550, the power steering is really cool.

$7082 OTD

Grizzly was $6899 and then they added a couple of other fees to that. No tax either.

We don't have any land so we go to places like Meunster, Rocky Ridge, Lake Murray...etc. Places you pay a daily fee to ride. We don't cut Barb wire....lol ;)

lol the creek is on our families property and the fence is there to keep the cows in. My uncle showed me a place he used to slide the gate off the hinges but now that is chained in a way that would need to be cut to do this.

Thanks, I love this thing. I can not wait to get it out on the trails with the new wheels and tires. Stock tires suck so hopefully these will work better. My ground clearance increased by about an inch and a half over stock with these on there.
Right at around 13 inches from my crude measuring estimate.
