Just wondering what you pay per month and how much you paid up front. And is it worth the money I think it will be. I just dont want to waste my time going up there showing me around then finding out its too damn expensive. Thanks for the info if any.

I am a member to a Gold Gym which is the one in Garland and I think Addison but the on in Plano at Legacy is a Platinum gym so it is even more. I pay 65 a month after taxes and everything. It is 59 plus tax for the Gold Member Gyms and I think 69 for the Platinum. It is definately a nice gym and fully loaded and never have to really wait for any equipment. It is one of the only gyms close to me in Garland that is open 24/7 and what really made me go ahead and splurge on the membership was they have Indoor Rock Climbing and I like doing that which when I go to just a Rock Climbing gym it is 15 bucks each time so if I go rock climbing 3-4 times it pretty much pays for the membership by not having to spend that extra going to just the rock climbing gym. I think when I started they had 75 dollar start special and then prorated first months fees plus tax so I paid like 120 i think after all said and done to start.
If you go up there and want to get a member ship tell them Adam Graham member at the Garland location recommended you go up there. I think they may hook me up. :D lol

Do you want the extra's?
If not go with 24 or LA Fitness for a better price.

No dont really need to extra stuff. Would like a basketball court. See I was a member at Ballys and finally my membership is up. Now I have been to a 24hr and they wanted like 300 dollars up front. I dont want to pay that much up front. I was paying like 50 dollars at bally's so I would like to stay around that price.

There is a LA Fitness at the corner of Midway and Hebron and also one up in McKinney that Grayhorse worksout at. I dont think they limit you to just 1 gym.

I am a member at the Lifetime in Mansfield. Monthly dues are $50 per person. My wife and I got signed up for $19 administrative fee + first month dues through a pre-opening promotion.

I go to the one in Mansfield. Been at Huguley Fitness Center for a long time. Lifetime blows them out of the water for not much more. $75 to start, $49 a month. My daughter goes for an extra $6. No commitment, just month to month. I have been in for about 6 weeks now. I love it. I really thought I just wanted a gym for free weights, but I enjoy all the extras that this place has to offer. My daughter is almost 5 and she loves it as well. Just wait until summer when that badass outdoor pool is open......

I like LA Fitness.... they have good equipment, low price, basketball / raquetball, and a good dressing room area.
They have pretty knowledgeable trainers too, for the most part.

Looks like Dec. 1st the fees just went up to $39.99 with $0 down. However, they have a $24.99 a month for life with $150 down. You may be able to get the fee waved closer to new years...
If you're not getting offered at least those deals let me know...

Lifetime fucking blows. I was a member there for a summer and quickly realized it's more of a place for people to socialize than to actually work out. It sucked after I realized how much money I spent.
