How can I tell if my Maddi AK-47 is a Pre or Post Ban?

Neither, since there is no ban right now (In Texas). If one were enacted, yours would be pre, since you put it together before hand.

From what I have heard that only matters if there is a National AWB or if your state has and AWB. I can't imagine how you would tell besides a manufacture date or something like that.

Im no expert, but I have been reading about this lately and this is what I came up with.
