anyone ever taken anything to clean out ur system and does it work? or does it just have u in the shitter all the time???

Save your money and go buy some metamucil and take it a couple times a day.

Depends, are you referring to the need for a quick flush, or a longer duration which generally results in a much better toxin cleansing?


The quick ones generally have you on the shitter squirting out the crap you just drank. Then they mask what is there temporarily.

The toxins cleansers that take a month actually clean out your body more thoroughly. You will have more frequent BM's, but they probably won't be as irritating.



If you are trying to pass a urine analysis, then I would recommend synthetic urine. It should come in a sterile package with it's own dispensing method. The ph and creatinine levels are there for lab testing. It does work, as long as you aren't caught. If you have to take a physical with it, then be prepared to conceal it well.
