It is worse than that, in most cases they are sucking the tit of unemployment insurance, which goes directly back to employers, while at the same time they can maneuver to get income tax credits on april 15th, sucking off the big titty in DC.

IMO unless your arms and legs dont work and you have serious mental complications you should be required to work or get the fuck out.
