What a bunch of defeatist pussies. So what, McCain lost the election, America goes on. There will be other elections. Last I checked they've been having them every 4 years. Quite a few of you have had your car on jack stands longer than that.
Thread after thread of members making posts about the country is ruined, woe is me, this is the end, I'm leaving, or even worse...some RACIST horse shit.
Quite a few of you could use a swift kick in the nuts. Don't give up, MAN UP.

One thing I do like about this, is when the pundits last night said that for the first time since the Carter administration, Barry has the ability to govern any way he pleases. With the house and the senate in his favor, he has a rubber stamp from them. That also means they are fully accountable for whatever happens. There will be no one else to blame. I'm looking to 2012 for a Palin/Jindal ticket.

not motivated enough to go get their own ball.

The outcome of this election has motivated me to get a job that is not as dependent on the economy as real estate. There's no telling what will happen to the entrepreneurial industries over the next 4 years.
That said, I'm making my new goals to get into shape and hired on in the sector I'm looking at within the next 6 months.
I am a Reagan Conservative and to say that I'm surprised or not a little disappointed in the outcome would be a lie. I am not surprised and I am a bit disappointed, but I will make the best of the hand that has been/will be dealt to me over the next 4 years.
That said, I don't know that I would be able to support a Palin/Jindal ticket in the primaries. As Republicans, we need to find someone that is much like Reagan. BUT, if Palin/Jindal is the Conservative ticket, then I'll place my vote with them.
Good luck!

Yet another election in which I'll have trouble voting Republican. That ticket will not be good for the party.

There are many who will be directly affected immediately. To come on here and say it's an overstatement is just an ignorant, blanket statement. I'm glad there isn't anyone stepping up offering to give me that kick in the nuts because this is the wrong day to offer.
I'm voting Alp/Sean88Gt for 2012 with 01WC as Treasurer.

Do you really realize the effect this is going to have on the political/legislative aspect of this country. I guess it's going to take a law you wholeheartedly disagree with, for you to realize it.

Yea, I can understand being upset that the other party won, but all this crap about the country going down is nonsense. American was, is, and will continue to be a great nation!

I'm a Republican that voted for Bush and was betrayed by him with his trampling of the constitution, lack of fiscal responsibility, and largest size increase of the government since FDR. The fact that he claimed to be pro-life and christian were the only things stopping people from calling him a liberal.
I grew to hate the man and his policies, but I never went around complaining like it's the end of the world and threatening to leave the country like all those liberal faggots so many of you were complaining about in 2004.

I guess what's really tragic about the situation is that McCain was beat yet again by Bush and the cocksucker wasn't even in the race.
In my opinion it's not as if the nation voted for Obama, they were voting against Bush. :o

Huckabee needs to be in the running somewhere too. I wouldn't mind seeing Huckabee/Palin.
Let's go all the way next time:
