Thanks for turning your backs on us
Thanks for starting the society I don't want my children to grow up in
Thanks for showing how much you appreciate our efforts out here
Thanks for following the word "change" rather than reason and reality
Thanks for nothing.
I can honestly say that the majority of America is out of their mind. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you. It doesn't even matter who is in now. We now see the TRUE America and what it wants.

When the our new and completely unqualified Commander in Chief pulls the troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, then the work, the progress, the injuries and the lives lost there will truly have been in vain. Both countries will descend into absolute chaos within months.

Not in vain. NEVER in vain, our sacrifices were obviously unrecognized by the American people at large....the same people that say they "support the troops" has left us questioning why we have put our lives on the line, left our families to worry, and given up so much.
I feel much like I did the evening of 9/11/2000. Numb, disgusted, scared, angered, reflective, and a deep concern for the future of my son.

The really sad part is, is that more than half of USA is just like him. They are either: 1) A degenerate fuck who does not appreciate anything the history of this country has to offer 2) A pan handling lazy piece of shit who believes that he deserves a hand out instead of working hard to make something of him self.
And seeing as he has an Escalade Obama is going to pay for I am guessing he fits under #1. Or I could be wrong he could live in that Escalade and sit on the corner of NW Highway and 35.

I think that our country needs an everyday man/women. McCain reminded me of my grandfather whoe served this country well and apparantly the very people who fought and were tortured to defend this country are not good enough so... I think we need to strive to elect someone who is not a Yale or Harvard business (WIN WIN WIN) type that has common sense and works thier ass off to provide for this country and thier family. And nor some one who had not hid behind politics and only has 3700 bill-able hours of actual work. Some one who worked thier way through college and appreciates it.

And what you do think about the men you have led in combat have sacrificed for what Obama calls "a mistake"? Do you think that they wasted their lives? You must run in a circle of staunch democrats in the military. The polling clearly showed that 68% of the military was a McCain supporter. A man with honor, reputation, service, and class. Today the people of the United States of America chose hype and doubletalk over truth and straight talk.
Obama will apologize to the poor free Iraqi people and leave them to fend for themselves. He will shame the American Warfighter with his policy of tuck tail and haul ass.
http://militarytimes.com/static/projects/pages/081003_ep_2pp.pdf
I have to wonder how many foreign fighters are headed to Iraq right this very moment. I mean, all they have to do is outlast the American occupation and they can set up shop again, just like they did right after the invasion. I got $1 that says Al Sadr starts his bullshit up again within six months.

A lot of us certainly share your sentiment. We all were thrown under the bus. I went to bed last night not feeling as safe as I did the night before.
How do you think I felt. I went from a lifetime voting Democrat and broke faith to vote for John McCain. I did it because I felt it was the right thing to do on principle.
The implications of this event are profound and not in the way the Democrats are using the word profound.
This was a landslide victory with Obama getting 349 electoral votes. We went into this election day thinking there was a chance and it was going to be a tight race. And it was a massacre. People sold out their fundamental beliefs and lifelong Republicans endorsed and voted for Obama.
There is so much here to digest that I don't think I'm capable of doing so. There was fundamental shift in America yesterday. The public is now interested in moving in a direction 180 degrees away from that of our founding fathers. It is difficult for most of us to comprehend, but I guess we just keep breathing.
We now know with certainly that we are in the minority now. Conservative and center right points of views are a minority in this country. And I think we need to dial down our usual arrogance in this forum. We are small fish and we got a thorough ass kicking last night.

I have to wonder how many foreign fighters are headed to Iraq right this very moment. I mean, all they have to do is outlast the American occupation and they can set up shop again, just like they did right after the invasion. I got $1 that says Al Sadr starts his bullshit up again within six months.
Obama will send him a bouquet of roses and it be all better

Be sure and thank the majority of republicans in congress who supported BS like Biden's bankruptcy "reform", and all the republicans in the primaries who backed people like McCain, Guiliani and Romney. And most of all, you should thank Bubba Clinton, he was not going to let his ol lady show him up, LOL!

I am in Infantry O/T in the Battle Command Training Program, I deal with Corp and Division level staffs daily, not to mention the numerous Soldiers I keep in contact with that I led in Combat. So from the top of the Chain of Command to the bottom I have seen a collective sigh of relief that maybe we will begin to properly execute these wars. You are making a shit ton of money by being a contractor over there face it, you don't want the shit to end because then you go back to earning State side wages right. You would not be there if you worked the hours faced the danger and earned the shit paycheck my Soldiers recieved. I know why you are mad about an Obama Presidency, your selfish.
You have got to be kidding me.

I'm willing to bet it'll be a fiasco and conservatism will rebound in 4 years.
I'm not looking forward to the next 4 years though.
good bet, and no, the next 4 years are NOT going to be pretty.
I was listening to the results on the radio last night, and almost could understand how my parents felt on Dec 7th.....

And I think we need to dial down our usual arrogance in this forum. We are small fish and we got a thorough ass kicking last night.
OMG!
I about fell out of my chair when i read this. Someone sees the light.
All fucking around aside no one like arrogance. Theres a big difference between being an avid republican supporter and a Dem bashing arrogant fuck.
I know everyone in this country is different, it's what makes this country great, but arrogance has no place in it. why do you think most of the world doesn't like the U.S.?
People have different views and arguing politics is like arguing religion, you're not gonna change anyone mind.
ok. now back to the shit talking.

Well, said; I agree.
Actions and consequences. The country has just taken an action that may lead to severe consequences in the future. Some were able to see the potential for severe consequences ahead of time and voted mccain. Some were not able to see the potential for severe consequences (or didn't care) and voted obama. IMO it is a dark day in america (no pun intended).

I got it. My father would have too if he read it. He was the only one who expressed any real reservations about me coming out here. I told him it would not be another Viet Nam.
Now that it has happened, I see a potential Saigon again. It doesn't matter if we cut and run or if we pull out "responsibly" within 18 months. Timelines are shit. They're timers for the enemy to get themselves together for a more efficient attack. Anyone who has shown support will be terminated immediately, then Iran and Syria will have a hay-day. It'll be like the Oklahoma land rush.

Thanks for the reminder of how the real world works.
Play a little policy maker for me on this one. How much should the American people be willing to give in order for Iraq to be a stable democracy when we leave? What's your estimated timeline and budget?
The UN mandate is about to be up. President Bush is willing to sign a deal with the Iraqi government to set a date for withdrawal. How will this not lead to the same grim scenario as Saigon? If President Bush doesn't sign a status-of-forces agreement what will that mean? Should be willing to cast aside the current Iraqi government and re-impose a military occupation in order to give the country more time to stabilize?

Really? I have never listened to Keyes other than this video, but does he address the issues or does he just preach? He sounds like a preacher behind a pulpit. If that is all that his message contains then no thanks. And for the staunch supporter of Keyes, who will never make it to the White House, I guessing you support the guy because of his deep faith based beliefs. This coming from someone who is the first to talk about God and then in the next line call someone a fucktard or a stupid ass for their own beliefs. Way to go hippocrit. And please...please quit crying in these forums...we get it...your life is over because Obama won...you know who you are. I voted for McCain and he did not win. It sucks...I'm over it and no I do not feel any safer at night. I feel safe at night not because of who the president is, but because of where I live and those that live around me. On a bigger scale, yes, I am concerned about Obama's foreign policy. Is he the first president that we will have with questionable policies, no. Is this country still great and will get greater...Yes. This country is not going to go to shit as half of you on here believe. Maybe some policies will be instituted that you do not agree with, but will they lead to Socialism...probably not. People make this country great and if you people on here feel that this is no longer a great country because of who gets elected...then wow. Maybe you should move to Canada. Flame on.

Again reread my post, I never heard him, but do I like what I here, yes. He sure doesn't sound like an opportunist.
He sounds like he ansered the question and stood behind his beliefs, unlike obama, pander here, pander there, claim this, claim that. blah blah!

O.K. first off re-read again, I never said I was a supporter of Keyes, yet. Unlike the kool-aid drinking obama followers, I look into who I'm voting for.

Geez I had a hard time getting through all this babble. This country is still great, but not because obama got in. All I heard last night.
" This is historical, blacks have come so far, obama 1st black president, historical, we can all fly cause obama made it, the dream has come to pass"
Wow! The first black president, no credentials, ties to terrorist and racists, accomplished absolutely nothing, voted present 130 times, the only one who voted against the born alive act/ Induced Infant Liability Act, Claims to be Christain but clearly doesn't follow what the Bible says, wants to redistribute wealth that people worked hard to earn, wants to give up on our troops and sit down with the terrorist and have a cup a kool-aid, sat in a anti-American church for 20 years, wrote a book that clearly states in his own words how he feels about this country and whites and how he saught after radical groups, praises countries like china and france, Oh but but but he's the first black president, yippie do dee!
The historical value definately should take precedence over everything else. What was I thinking? Please pass me some kool-aid when you're done with it.
After all I will have paid for it!

I was talking about you in the second part of that, so maybe you might need glasses...but anyway...I am sick of the sky is falling mentality around here. IF Obama does well in his presidency most of the people on here who hate him won't stand up and say they were wrong.

No doubt Denny, I about had to vomit when I watching the early morning news this morning and see Nazi Pelosi's interview promoting faggot's and wishing everybody the best of luck after she helps fill the country with 100 million more 3rd world retards to bleed the rest of Americans dry and make sure that all US citizens all are living in the street and riding bicycles while the 3rd world takes everything in the name of equality. No point in sending your kids to Collage or trying to them better themselves. A collage education and a lawn mower will be one in the same.

You again?!?! Oh jeez, here we go...
So what if Keyes shows his faith through his stances on issues? How else is a strong Christian going to address the morally-based issues? Just because I hurt your feelings a while back, you don't need to keep this pent-up hate in you. I gave you the opportunity to meet me, which you wisely declined. You're nothing but a punk-ass little bitch who hides out, lurking until you can come on here and post up a cheap shot here and there. You're nothing. And just because I call a piece of shit, a piece of shit; doesn't mean I'm not a Christian. It just means I know what a piece of shit is.
No shit, people make this country great. People also can make this country crap. Over half of this country went the crap route on this election. THAT is what the dilema is.
