How can a president claim a state that has likea 51%-49% vote lead with only 20% precincts reported?
I do not understand how they do that.

i was wondering that myself. They say Obama has OH, but only 38 percent of the precincts are reporting, yet 88 percent of the precincts are reported in Indiana and the people with the maps won't mark that as a McCain win. WTF?
