So, i got Super Pump 250, and SizeOn.
I take the SuperPump about 30 minutes before my workout.
The directions on the SizeOn says take in the morning. Wouldnt it be better to take more around my work out time?

FYI, the SizeOn is in pill form. Its 6-8 pills, and they are fucking huge.
Also, is anyone else taking Sizeon? Is it a dietary supplement, or is it creatine.

I really dont know what the hell im doing with takin this shit

It says take in the morning?

SizeOn is a post workout/recovery supplement.

Take 4 during workout and 4 after workout.

you should have just gotten some regular creatine powder to mix with the super pump 250 for a pre workout drink. then mixed some creatine with protein for the post workout shake. super pump is some good shit though. be careful if you take too much it will be super dump. you should have tried halodrol instead of the size on.

just to answer your question, i would probably take the size on right after i lift with my post workout shake. just my opinnon.

Yea, it does say..."DIRECTIONS: take 6-8 tablets ONCE PER DAY in the morning (everyday)with 16-20 ounces of water or fruit juice."

Thats right off the bottle, but it also says on the front, right under SIZEON it says
"with creatine Gluconate for intra/post-workout use to induce maximal muscle recovery and size gain"

So the bottle contradicts itself.

I chose to take this because i talked to a trainer who trains the Army solidiers to compete in the Olympics, so i assumed he knew his shit.
Im a little guy at 5'10'' 151lbs as of today.

Thanks for clearin that shit up for me guys.

So Sizeon in a creatine, what is SuperPump 250?
I have been considering protein because i have a very poor diet.

Well I used to be 5'10" and 135 lbs but I have been lifting about 3 years and just taking protein, creatine, and some pre workout energy drink I now weigh about 170 lbs.

Super pump is a pre workout energy booster (the best in my opinion). You should definitely take a protein since your are a smaller guy like me. you should also lift high weight and low reps and dead lift on back days, do squats on leg days and flat bench on chest days as these three exercises boost natural testosterone production the most.

by the way bodybuilding.com has some great articles and they are cheaper to buy supps than GNC.

SizeOn is good product. It's a solid stack. The drink form says to take during and post workout so i dont know why the pills would say that.

Yes, both SizeOn and Superpump both have creatine in them.
Superpump is preworkout that has N.O. (L-Arginine) which dilates the vessels for the better absorption of the creatine, caffeine, etc by theory.

jnobles06, I do agree that i need more mass, but my goal is not to get huge, or even much much bigger, i just want to be cut up, picture Brad Pitt and Edward norton from fight club. Neither are huge, but chizzeled out of stone.
To acheive this, i would need lighter wieght, with more reps, correct?

to be that size you need to weigh about 175lbs when you are shreaded. so you still need to gain about 25lbs of muscle.

to get cut light weight and more reps but not to light you should be able to do about 12-15 reps with "light" weight on the last rep you shouldn't be able to do any more. plus you need to run or do some form of aerobic exercise about 30-45 min a day.

I would think four immediately after a work-out, followed by four directly between that and your next work out

Do heavy weight and you'll get where you want a lot faster.
