CPU temp or GPU temp? My GPU is usually in the 60-70*(C) range depending on the game, and room temp with the stock cooler.
I have no idea what my cpu temp would be.

I have told people this before, if you want to adjust your computer settings, go download Everest Ultimate and it will allow you to overclock your processor and video card, adjust all your fan settings and speeds, and allow you to change your memory clock speeds.

what does that have to do with temperature?

i use the "Abit EQ" that my motherboard comes with and it never gets below 49ºC, i wanna get a 2nd opinion...
could someone point me to a good program that will tell me my cpu temp??

that may be a little warm, but its within reasonable levels. Not real familiar with AMD though. Ever considered lapping your heatsink? For many people it drops the temps by 6 or 7 degrees C.

you can give it a shot, but i doubt another program is going to show a different temp. i would think its hardware/bios controlled and the program is just relaying the info.

abit eq is not accurate. if you want serious accuracy, use coretemp.
