I dunno, dude. The guy you voted for twice vetoed the bill.

And I'll say that Bush didn't veto the bill because he didn't want troops to have the cash. He vetoed it, because there were things hidden in the bill, that he didn't like.

Ditto for the one that Obama voted against.
