Alright, so now is the time we can all celebrate the demise of Bush II's term as President. The election is November 4 and I can't think of a better group of idiots to go have a beer with to watch history live in HDTV.

Yes, even gpampers is invited ;) Come drop some pitchers and eat some wings at the (centrally located) Ker's Wing House (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=944%20East%20Copeland%20Road%2C%20Arlington%2C%2 0TX) in Arlington. Let's start it up late, about 8pm, we're gonna be there a while!

I really now wish I would have made it out to this. My wife made her best effort to try and distract me by dragging me out to dinner and to a couple of stores afterward. She knew it was going to be a rough night for me considering how engrossed I usually am in politics and this campaign in particular.

Oh, and my wife voted for McCain as well. It was the first time for both of us to vote for a Republican ticket. The story reads the same for most of my family members and a few colleagues. Just thought I'd mention this to give some of you guys hope that not every Democrat drinks the Kook-Aid.

Some of us are still sane, but the numbers are dwindling.
