What is this icon?

I had an icon appear on my bottom toolbar next to the volume.
It's a red circle with a white x.
It keeps popping a message hat I have spyware and I need to download the program. I can't get rid of it either.
Is this just some bs or really something taht needs to be downloaded?

Do you have any programs that remove spyware, such as Ad-ware?

I have adware and spybot. I have run both. The adware won't update so I think the icon may be blocking it.
So far neither have removed it.
