Need help with my Viper alarm.

My door locks will unlock if I press the button on my door panel, and if I use the key, but they all of a sudden stopped unlocking the doors, and then they stopped locking the doors. Now they dont do anything. Any idea's.

If they are using relays they may have gone bad. I am installing my Viper 600 this weekend. If you can't figure it out try taking it to a Circuit City and ask them to look at it.
