im asking you since you own an ATI amp already so i figure you should know.
how much do you think a pair of good working ATI AT1502 amps should cost used?
i have a friend selling them along with his JBL 250ti speakers. i'm pretty interested in the setup. those amps bridged put out a solid 450 watts of no bullshit.
i went over a few days ago and listened to that along with his new audio room and this media room. to be honest those JBLs sounded like a great affordable alternative to his von schweikert speakers.

I'd guess their worth about $100-$150 depending on the condition, maybe $200 on the high side.
I need one of those to complete my 7.2 system. If you don't end up buying, let me know.

yikes. he wanted quite a bit more than. ill let him know what they are going for and try to get them cheaper.
i'd probably keep 1 and sell you one then. i mean it would be nice to run them as mono but i dont think i need that amount of power unless i bought his JBLs too.

How much is he wanting for them?
You can pick up a 1505 amp(150x5 channels) for about $600-$800.

he initially threw out close to double what you said but he was going to give me his monster m series cable too.
the 1505 is good but i dont really need anything more than 2ch. this is for my bedroom for which i want to build a happy 2.1 setup.
i'm trying to find some online for comparision but no luck running into those amps. oh well im going to list them for him then ill lowball him. i'll let you buy the second one off me for what i paid for it if you did want it.

I want :D
2 channel amps are tough to find used. Keep your eye out though, they do pop up on occasions.
Let me know what you're wanting for the amp, depending on the price, I may be interested.

Hey momo,
Just for reference, the new(brand new) ATI amps 1802(180x2) is selling MSRP for $995. Street price is right at the $800 mark. Might be able to use this in your negotiations ;)
30w more per channel, and brand new for only $800! :D

hey thanks for the info, that should help! i'll probably go talk to him in the next day or so and get pictures of his stuff and list it for him so i'll try negotiating him down then.
