Racism is VERY much a two way street how else can you explain a group of african
americans ganging up on a white without so much as a word being said. Yes racism is alive and well but not the typical it almost like it has been reversed.


Example:

The poor white girls in Oakland that where beat too death
The Jena 6 (oh yea it was one white boy no matter what he did)
just about any fight where the odds are one single white person and a group
of african americans the beating will follow unless it's a white cop.

I think that just under the surface we as a country will have too deal with this
issue and it will be ugly.

I'm not being racist when i say this, but coming from a school that was right at %50 black, and only having %1 of the graduating with honors class being black, i don't think that "adjective" is an empty stereotype.

Are you really not grasping the fact that SAT scores have changed from what used to be an 1150 of just two subjects is not the same as 1150 now. I scored an 1150 when it was only possible to get a 1600...that would be good enough to get into UTA and I wouldn't have had to take the third section...

UTA is a fucking joke don't use it as any sort of comparison of how hard/easy it is to get into to prove whether black people on average are or are not dumber etc.

In my opinion people's perception of racism is proportional to how much they feel like a victim. The people that I have met that feel like they are being affected by institutional racism also feel like victims and complain about their lot in life.

Barriers only exist in the minds of lazy and unmotivated people.

Barrack Obama did pretty damn good being born from a hippy chick and a radical muslim growing up in humble surroundings. Guy has a degree from Harvard and is a candidate for President last time I checked. Oprah Winfrey is the wealthiest female entertainer on the planet. Whoopie gets paid a million dollars annually to tell Liz Hasselbeck that she and her live in two different worlds. She lives in a world of oppression and Hasselbeck lives in a world of privilege.
