Duncanville and Dallas using Laser?

Twice this week I've driven by Motorcycle cops on I-20 in Ducanville and Loop 12 just south of I-30 in Dallas and seen cops aiming a cordless gun at incoming traffic and the Valentine never went off. I was of course going down on the opposite side but my V1 never went off. It looked to be a cordless "gun" and I'm certain he was using it when I drove by but not a peep from the V1. Was this Laser? Anybody?

Man, I wish I would have had some free time on both occasions to loop back around and do some testing of the V1. Any idea Eric how good the V1 holds up against Laser? Also, what do the K40 Laser DefuserPlus or the new Passport ZR3 Laser Shifter do?

Everytime i've ever seen the cop using laser my
V1 was going off when he was gunning the cars in front
of me.

Keeping my fingers crossed. Might need to check into

Ya, I'm thinking that since I was going the opposite way that might be why it didn't set off my V1.

The tests I've seen give the K40 about 80% and the ZR3 about 94% effectiveness. The ZR3 covers front and rear and it has the ability to cut its transmission by pressing mute twice. Example: cop shoots laser, your unit jamms it, his new gun receives signal that says "jammed", you press button and slow down, cop shoots you again but your unit does not jam. Cool.

Shootin' the laser gun was pretty fuckin' cool. haha. We had one that came in it's own carrying case, with a fold out stock! Damn thing had a lil scope on it with a dot in the middle for sighting.. damn thing was one accurate SOB though!
