Dog House Plans anyone?

ive been hunting for some plans like crazy..everyone wants to charge...i need to build a big dog house...i have 2 large dogs and one little one...right now they have a 7x7 kennell..so i need something big...Thanks!

Just measure the overall area that the 3 dogs are comfortable sleeping in and build the dimensions based on that, consider the height of the dogs with the ceiling height and door openings. I built a dog house for my 2 dachshunds a couple summers ago.

This may give you some ideas. I included an entrance area and hinged roof. I still have yet to attach the plastic roof after 2 yrs, lol.

It is some stuff that O'Reiley's was selling in a roll... utility carpet or something like that, meant to put down in your work area while you're laying on your back working on the car.

It is similar to the gray trunk carpet in fox bodys.

ahhh ok...my 2 big dogs tend to like getting muddy and wet so it sounds like it would be alright....now i just gotta build the damn thing! :eek:

FYI- this might not be the same laws in your city but in Fort Worth your "supposed" to have a dog house for each dog. Iv never heard of anyone ever getting in trouble for it though.
