Each week we'll try and post pics of things we've been coating. Here's some recent pics of some early model Mustang parts we coated for a customer.
Valve cover, clutch fork, and bellhousing
The first pics were for a '67 6cyl with a toploader style transmission. We are in the process of powder coating the toploader case to match.
'67 Mustang 2V Air Cleaner
The last one is a before pic of the air cleaner. It was rusted pretty bad. Once cleaned, media blasted, treated with a rust inhibitor, and coated it looks killer! The customer did not want a clear coat on these items.
looks good...kinda looks like a toy now. How big of an oven do you have?

This is a set of Honda CBR 1000 sport bike rims and a Honda F23 valve cover. The customer wanted his car and sport bike to match. The color is Tiger's Neon Yellow!

Here's a GT-40/Explorer intake we did for a customer. He didn't want anything fancy, just to get rid of the discolored casting on the intake.
This was an inexpensive upgrade to his '93 Coupe. Waiting for pics of it on the car..

Here's an intake and valve covers removed from an early 90's SHO.
The customer wanted the intakes, butterflys, and valve covers to be gun metal glimmer. The intake runners are just a medium red, close to the Ford E4...not my first color choice but it does look pretty killer in person!

This is a pretty trick piece....customer made this dart board cover out of 3/32" plated steel for his garage/gameroom. We coated it wrinkle black texture.

Cool little car, customer wanted it a light blue for his son for X-Mas. Once he picks it up, he's going to pin stripe it and do some air brushing...will post update pics once complete.

Looks better in person and it wasn't a new item - had been used so surface wasn't perfect.

As long as it's bare metal and not painted already, we can coat it pink for $30.00. If it's painted we'll have to blast it first which will cost a tad more. Give us a call when you're ready.
Tks,
Nick

I will be beginning my resto-mod on my 68 mustang. it has 75k orig miles and is a ideal candidate for the work I am wanting to do. I am not wanting a show car but something that will clean up like one. I am looking to powdercoat new parts, ie suspension first, I am wanting to swing by the shop sometime next week and talk to you in person about colors and see them. is it possible to powder coat leaf springs? or would the fles of the springs break the coating???

These are some control arms from a military spec H1 Hummer. We did the the all the control arms (IRS) in silver vein and the springs in gloss red.
