Enough that he needs to scoreboard it on the interwebs so everyone can be impressed and hump his leg.

glancing thru the whole thread he says a few times somewhere in the $260K range. But that included the entertainment equipment, the gym and everything else that went inside, short of the cars.

damn what a project. I wonder how he was able to get the city to let him do that. Anyone notice the cars that are in the garage? very sweet.

it was cool until i read the basement was a theater.. fuck that.. I was more impressed with the guy i saw on tv( i think in dallas) that built his garage UNDER his house and had a turn table in the middle of the floor to move the cars around

What I thought was unusual was how close they excavated to the house foundation? I would have thought that would have some element of risk but apparently not?? I read there are engineering concerns when you are building a pool close to an existing structure. It can be done but requires additional work.

It is too cool what he has done.

That guy must really like his neighborhood/neighbors to spend that much damn money on a toy box.

I hate spiral staircases. You have to think about what would happen if you ever become disabled.

LOL at the pic labled "secret tunnel" :D How secret can it be if it's all over the 'net????
