Anybody had either people come out to clean carpet and tile/grout? We need to have it all done, 3 years of dirt is adding up and its time to get it clean. I've heard good things about dalworth, but was curious if anybody used zerorez (zeroresidue.com) before?

Dalworth does farm out to other contractors at times/in certain areas.

Not saying that is bad, just a heads up. I would get some one who has a steam cleaner, as opposed to a solvent based vac system. Dalworth or otherwise.

Do not let anyone use a "rotary" buffer on your carpet. All that does is push it further into the carpet, only to return later. Extraction (the hot water or steam variety) is the only way to go.

Zerorez did a great job but they are not cheap. And the truck they use is very loud. Luckily, we have a little bit of distance between our homes. If you use them schedule a time when your neighbors will be at work.

They did a GREAT job on our house...all their products are "green" if that matters to you. All pet safe.

I will try and get some pics. The carpet in our house 10 years old and never had a deep cleaning. Amazing difference.

Used Dalworth here, did a great job. Would use again.

Also, if you do want to use Dalworth let me know, I have a $20 off online coupon you can use ;)

We had them come out just before our daughter arrived. We were total neat freaks when our daughter was born and the fact that no harch chemicals were used and it would be safe for our baby helped cement the decision.

We used Dalworth a couple of months ago. Reasonably priced and did a good job. I would use them again.
