Do dealers in Texas charge a fee for this check?
I can't remember paying it or maybe it is just factored into the price of he firearm.

Never heard of one directly, but they usually charge for interstate transfers so in a roundabout way yes.

Well here in FL they charge $5 to make the call.
Just don't remember that in Texas.

If they do they dont tell you. Or maybe they just add $5 to the price of the gun.

If your buying a gun from them they shouldn't charge you anything, if you are just using them to get the paperwork done for a gun you bought off of gun broker etc. then yea there would be a transfer fee.

never heard of anyone charging for a nics check. I know at the store i work at we don't charge for it, and it's not figured in the price of the gun. all it costs us is the 2 minutes to call it in.
