You guys have fun shooting grasshoppers and dragon flies up in North Texas. I will be hunting in South Texas this year were doves swarm like locust. :p

Heading to south west Texas first thing in the morning...
Spending the weekend getting the lease setup, and feeders started up for deer season..

Going to try, I think I'm to far east, again, Edom TX. I see more doves at work opening the shop up in the morning than I think I will see in East Texas. Got an invite later in the season to go to Graham though. Maybe I will just shoot clays Sunday and get ready.

I filled the feeders in my backyard to draw them in.
The falcons are already hitting them though. :D

Oh well, get up earlier. Falcons need updrafts to get out of their roosting sights efficiently.

Man there was'nt a damn thing flying where I went!! I did'nt even stay for the evening hunt it sucked so bad :( On a positive note that Mossberg over under I bought shot real well. :)

Went hunting yesterday and had a bad morning hunt (Usually happens where I go) but the evening hunt was fantastic. Got 14 birds.

Pretty shitty hunt here too. Picked up 2 birds in the morning hunt and 2 in the evening hunt out in Terrell.

We didnt see much of shit.

Too early for Edom, Saw a few birds but too far away to shoot. To far East for the birds.

Haven't talked to my son yet there in Aspermont, but last year you could get your limit in 5 minutes with a baseball bat. :eek:
