easy to lay down. I reccomend pulling the base boards; its easier to fit the edges and upgrading to a nicer baseboard really changes a room.
A 1 hour class at home depot or lowes is enough to teach you how to do it

I have really nice 2in base boards. My biggest concern is pulling them. The class is a good idea, thanks.

If you keep your baseboards, get the 1/4 round to cover the end of edge of the pergo and the baseboard, where it meets up.

I did 3 rooms and a hallway, the only hard part was undercutting the fireplace. It goes together easy. The hassle is getting everything out of the way.
I did the quarter round in the first room (bedroom) and then pulled the based boards and went with a taller baseboard for the common rooms.

yeah, with a 2 inch baseboard, then a 1/4 round on top of the floor, not much baseboard will be left.

I have a pile of that shit sitting in my office at our house waiting to be done . I might have to check out that class and do it myself .

If you decide to do it yourself, it isn't hard to install, but get some fucken knee pads, you wil thank me later.
Oh yeah, and get the install kit, it has a hard plastic/rubber thingie you use to pound the boards together with a hammer, I used a 1/2 and it kept breaking and splintering up.
Oh yeah, rent or buy a good miter saw, makes cutting a lot easier.
