I'm thinking about buying a plr16 after I find a new job.

http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/plr16.htm

The reviews seem to be good and the vids show it as controllable. I know that you cant put a vertical fore grip on it. Does the same apply for stocks? I'm guessing so but I'm not not sure. Another question is if these items are on the pistol does that make it illegal in all situations? or just illegal to have in public? IE castle defender vs vehicle carried. I also assume its not illegal to have these items near a pistol as long as their not attached.

I have wondered the same thing about Ar pistols...can you carry them with a chl? Or have them in the car

If you put a stock on it it would be a rifle and the minimum requirement for a rifle barrel length is 16" it would be ILLEGAL. Unless you wanted to fill out the correct paperwork and make it an NFA item.

I wouldnt carry it ... but keping it in the truck is a option.

if you can conceal this thing you need to get some award

You could conceal it in the winter with a coat. Now why you would need to carry it on you, I have no idea!! Would be nice to keep in the car though for when 30+ people attack you ;)

Why not keep an AR, Shotgun or a RPK in the car/truck? ;)

I wouldn't want my Ar to get stolen...its an orginal Colt Sp1 Carbine that I have had for awhile, so I have an attachment too it. Id rather get one of these pistols! Actually not this one, but there are several Ar pistols that look pretty nice. I just don't know how well they function, never shot one.

With a 10 round mag and a shoulder sling you can probably carry under most loose button up shirts or jackets. Definitely wouldn't carry as a typical cnc weapon, Well unless Chuck is defending the the Florida malls for real ;)

Thanks Sanddragger28 that's what I thought about it becoming a sbr.
