i read the post from big pappa and then saw this. I wonder what will happen if these two meet?

http://www.sportbikes.net/forums/general-sportbikes/399557-dfw-area-riders-beware.html

Hi all, I am on other forums but got on here just to make everyone who rides in the DFW area to be aware of a maniac in a cage who belongs in jail.

Almost had to attend my own funeral just before I left for my father-inlaws funeral 3 weeks ago. This A$$#OL3 tried to kill me while I was on my bike on the 18th. I was riding down Fielder southound just south of Norwood and went to pass this guy on the left because he was going slow (below 35 mph and I think he was setting me up) and he swerved in my lane. I backed off and went to around him on the right and he tried to run me into the curb; good thing I have good brakes and reflexes. Anyway, so I go to pass him again on the left and he pushes me all the way over into the oncoming lanes until the cars were really close. Every time I'd brake, he'd brake to cut me off. I ended up hitting my shoulder on his LH mirror as he was trying to pinch me between the far LH oncoming side curb & his truck. At first I thought it was one of the guys from work (he looked familiar) but it wasn't and he was laughing the whole time. I really didn't want to get in front of him after that so ended up behind himas we came to the light at Park Row and got his license plate # & description of the vehicle. He turned off on Park Row heading westbound and I should have followed him but was too pissed. May have done something regrettable so I kept going straight down Fielder.

I just wanted to make you guys aware of this jerk so no-one get killed by this maniac. I called the Arlington Police and filed a report and the officer said it was Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon. They assigned it to a detective and the first thing he asked me is what did I do to piss him off; "were you stunting, did you to a wheelie or something?" Automatically assumed it was my fault. It has been over 3 weeks and this lunatic is still out there probably doing the same to other riders. If I didn't have the experience I have, it would have ended right at the beginning and me in the hospital or morgue.

Anyway, the description of the vehicle is:

2002-2005 Silver Ford Explorer/ Expedition with a Texas A&M trailer hitch cover and sticker on the LH corner of the rear window.
Texas license Plate number: TVH 276
Driver: Clean cut White Male (College kid) approximately 6 foot with black hair and about mid 20's in age.

Beware, spread the word and ride smart.

Adam

It was probably just some punk ass messing around. I think it is fucked up to even think about messing around like that so hopefully the fuzz will pay him a visit.

If the cock-garage had been serious, there would be no post about it... just a newspaper article in the Metro section.

I like to carry a roll of nickels. the best are in that plastic wrapper from the bank. Those will jack up a windsheild. I've had alot of jackasses do that kind of stuff to me and that normally reminds the when they fell the need to do it to some one else in the future.

I'd go with a roll of pennies as opposed to wasting 2 bucks on some guy being an idiot.

nickels weigh more though = more damage with one throw. besides its never felt like a waste of two dollars then someone is playing with your life!

yea, but with cheezebandits idea, you get 4 rounds instead of one. Me personally would rather chose " magic rock". One piece of that hits glass and it's completley gone. Now you get to see him swervin all over the place and crash into something and on somewhat of a nice note, at least he'll still have a frame to protect him unlike m/c"s.

If he was only going 35, I find it hard to believe you couldn't make it around him. Unless you were right on his ass weeving from side to side, how could he be quick enough to prevent you from passing. Both of you were driving like shit! And you would have lost that battle. No sympathy for hot rod bikers who think everyone is driving too slow. I'm not saying that was your case, but I would have not had a problem passing that guy. You probably came hauling ass upon him, braked hard, and then started weeving like your going to pass.

I would smash the shit of of a biker for throwing anything at me. Trying to be a hard ass aggressor with a bike is just plane stupid. What are you going to do? Get killed.
Pure genius.

If your already down shifted and can ride worth a crap no one in a truck or 99% of cars will catch a sportbike, having no windsheild would make it harder. Some people are just asses and deserve it. I have had dudes pull up next to me cruising on the freeway minding my on business and start throwing crap at me just to be funny. Now I just throw back. Im sure there are bikers out there who would do it unprevoked but none that I know.

The original poster is NOT the person on the bike. It was another person, on another forum.

If that were to happen to me and I felt that the person was seriously trying to injure or kill me, I am afraid I would have to throw bullets, not pennies or nickels. :o "I'm sorry officer, I feared for my life."

The way I look at it, is he was trying to kill you. CHL for the win.
